👉 Adhere to because you enjoy it as you can fit it into your daily and weekly behaviour and overall lifestyle.Health & Fitness is not a quick fix,
✔It is a daily part of who you are
✔Who you want to be.
Therefore when it comes to any Training or Nutrition regime you must ask yourself…
“Do I see myself doing this in 6 months / 12 months / 24 months etc?”
If the answer is NO
Again ask yourself why?
❌ Is the diet too extreme and cause you to be miserable?
❌ Is the training so intense that you feel sick or fear injury at almost every session?
🤔 Do you get to eat food you enjoy?
🤔 And Get to enjoy social activities?
If the answer is NO to these questions,
Do not start…
Because if you become sick, injured or both you will be further behind where you started and worse off…
While if it is not something you see yourself doing long term…
What are you replacing it with when you finish?
BECAUSE HEALTH OR FITNESS DOESN’T FINISH – A LACK OF IT FINISHES YOU.
