A PERSONAL ONE-TO-ONE CONSULTATION

Before diving into a new fitness programme, it’s important to define your starting point. You’ll have a focused 1-to-1 session where we will analyse your movement patterns and provide feedback on how you can maximise your performance and perfect your form.

A Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment

You’ll receive a body composition analysis using our state-of-the-art INBODY composition scanner. We’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown of your body composition and define the areas we’ll focus on to help you achieve your goals and plan your individual programme.

12 Personal Training Sessions, On Your Schedule!

We’re not like a ‘typical gym’. Take advantage of 3 personalised PT sessions every week for 4 weeks with one of our experienced personal trainers. 

Every session is personalised around your needs to make sure you get the most out of every workout.

Unlimited High Energy Classes

Make unlimited use of our larger team training classes like our Cardio Conditioning Club,

Get your legs moving in our Athletics Run Club, or lift more in our Athletic Build sessions. And of course stretch out your body in our Yoga sessions.

Comprehensive Nutritional Coaching

How are you fuelling your body? What bad habits have you fallen into? You’ll receive tailored one-to-one nutrition advice. We’ll walk you through the do’s and don’ts of personalising your nutrition and teach you how to achieve quick, sustainable results.

We take away the guesswork and provide you with a simplified approach to nutrition that allows you to be at your healthiest whilst not having to deprive yourself of your favourite foods.

Frequently Asked Questions…


What Covid-19 measures do you have in place?

We use Electrostatic Technologies Spray systems that kill infections like Covid 19, so besides keeping you safe, you don’t not have to worry about cleaning equipment at the gym before or after use.. 

Personal training is only ever carried out in groups of up to six with one ABC coach guiding you. 

Every member has a minimum space allocation of 150 sq ft when training. 

We limit sessions to 50 minutes to allow for 10 minutes of electrostatic spray cleaning between each session. 

Every training pod is positioned at least 2 metres apart. 

We’ve installed hand-sanitiser pumps at every training pod. 

We have a spacious outdoor training area for larger group classes .

Every ABC coach is fully briefed on correct practices.

Do I have to be fit to start?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

What if I have existing aches, pains or injuries?

No problem, we all have something. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

What if I need to miss days during the 30-day experience?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

What happens after my 30-day trial?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that  ABC isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

What if I register then change my mind?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

What are the ongoing membership costs?

Our membership prices start at €129 per month. And all our memberships include personal training, unlimited classes, gym access, dedicated coaching support, and the guidance you need to help you stay on track and reach your fitness goals.
