At ABC we train everyday people using functional strength and fitness exercises and programmes that will unearth everyone’s athleticism. Our fitness philosophy is to mimic life’s movement patterns through a multitude of exercises and workouts. We use racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, gymnastic rings/suspension trainers, your own body weight and cardio equipment like assault bikes and skiergs.
Whilst our main service is Small Group Personal Training delivered in groups of 4 to 6 members, we also have other alternative sessions like Athletic Build and Aerobic Conditioning to assist different types of training i.e. muscle growth and improved aerobic fitness.
All delivered by our highly skilled and qualified coaches who all have been athletes to some level themselves.
We encourage beginners to join our small group ABC Athlete sessions reducing any likelihood of injury. As your fitness and movement improves we will gradually integrate more variety and intensity to your training.
You can’t out-train a poor lifestyle or bad diet, therefore nutrition and recovery is a huge element around seeing progress and achieving the goals. Engage with our in-house nutritionist for exciting food plans and recipes that suit your lifestyle.
