Did you know?

There are 168 Hours in the week. 

Many people mistakenly believe that if they exercise 3 times per week…

… they will automatically transform physically and achieve the:

🎯 Fitness, 

🎯 Strength, 

🎯 Health, 

🎯 Body Composition and 

🎯 Performance goals 

…they have for themselves. 

However, the remaining 165 hours of the week can either boost or diminish the work you do in the gym.

Getting to the gym 3 times per week is hard, 

But trying to navigate the other 165 hours is even harder.

I’m not going to get into any of that “abs are made in the kitchen” nonsense

Between work, relationships, families and various other life commitments that’s the last thing any of us want to hear…

But there is an element of truth to it if that is what you are looking for.

However, consistently exercising 3 times a week in the gym will profoundly change your life in a lot of ways anyway (without any changes in the kitchen) 

But not necessarily the ‘sexy’, hyped-up results like complete body transformations…

👉 We believe that training with us can however be the catalyst for optimising how you use the other 165 hours in your week.

We have seen that when people start training regularly and consistently, 

in an environment with other health-seeking people…

…that you then start to think a bit more about 

your nutrition, 

your sleep, 

your hydration and 

your overall lifestyle 

For many, it is even a subtle or subconscious shift, as well as….

▪️“I’m pushing myself harder than ever before”

▪️“I better not spoil the work I’ve already put in”

Gradually you have a complete mindset shift about training, nutrition and lifestyle as it becomes part of your DNA, who you are and what you do.

But it takes time, consistency, patience

And an environment that promotes it
